We invite you to join us in community to pray the "Liturgy of the Hours".
The Liturgy of the Hours is a set of daily prayers: hymns, psalms, antiphons, Scripture meditation, and the Lord's Prayer. These prayers are said during different times of the day: morning, daytime, midday, midafternoon, and evening. Yes, we understand that as young adults, we lead busy lives. So, no, we don't meet throughout the day.
Every afternoon, we meet to meditate upon the evening prayer. We take this opportunity to step away from our busy lives to be in community, to be in prayer. And together, we share on the selected prayers and readings and relate it to our own lives so that we may deepen our faith and lead others to Christ.
Again, we invite you to join us, Monday to Friday at 5:30pm at OLGC.
