On Friday September 26th, Dallas Michael Lanakila Carter was born! 6 pound 13oz and 18.5 inches long! He came out like a champ too! Monica and I arrived at the hospital at 6:45am on Friday morning and she gave birth at 8:30am! All natural, no meds! Honestly, she is XTREME!!!His hawaiian name, Lanakila, means 'Victorious'. I hope to raise him to fulfill his name :) With a name like Lanakila, he needs to be strong!!!!
I dont have lots of time right now,,, gotta get back to tending to my wife,newborn son, and baby daughter. But I wanted to share the good news with everyone! Above is a picture of my son and I . . . And guess what . . . unlike at the birth of my daughter when I was 350+ pounds, I was fit and energetic for this birth,,, and I had no problem holding my baby as close as I wanted!!
