For the past year, the Our Lady of Good Counsel Young Adults have gathered together each Wednesday evening to hold a Bible Study or to participate in the ‘Lord’s Day’. The Lord's Day is an old Jewish tradition celebrating the coming of the Sabbath. During the celebration the young adults offer up special petitions, sing praise, read the upcoming Sunday Gospel, share reflections and experiences about the Gospel, give thanks for the blessings of the week, and enjoy a meal together to symbolize the importance of ‘Communio’ (community)
We would like to welcome all young adults, (18+) to join us in our weekly gathering. We meet each Wednesday at 830pm in the youth room or at other sites. The Bible Study lasts about one hour and is often followed by fellowship among the Young Adults.
